What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your current insurance card, a list of any current medications you are taking, and all pairs of eyeglasses or contact lenses you regularly use. If you are a new patient, having your previous eye care records can also be helpful.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients in need. Please call our office directly at (936) 273-3937 to make changes.

Do you offer direct billing for insurance?

Yes, we are happy to submit claims directly to your insurance provider for your convenience. Please ensure you provide all necessary insurance information at check-in so we can process your claim accurately.

How long does a typical eye exam take?

A comprehensive eye exam typically takes between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on individual needs and any additional testing required.

What if I have an eye emergency?

For any urgent eye concerns or emergencies, please call our office immediately. If it is after hours or a severe emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room.
